I believe that inside of every person lies a hidden athlete, waiting to come out and play.

I want to help you find your inner athlete. Each of us has the ability to be physically active and healthy - many simply lack the motivation. As your motivator, I will teach you how to eat sensibly, how to develop a progressive program and how to work this program into your hectic schedule. You will learn which sports you are naturally gifted in and within your comfort zone; you will surprise yourself by rediscovering the simple pleasure of movement.

Whatever your specific goal may be, your program will be tailored to your individual needs and physical ability.
